BEGIN WITH SAFETY
A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space
We make room for your questions and boundaries. You decide what feels okay to share, and we move at a pace that feels manageable to you.
TRAUMA COUNSELING
Trauma counseling for adults — rebuild safety, trust and hope in a space where you’re in control.
A space to pause, breathe, and beginWHEN THE PAST STILL FEELS CLOSE
Trauma can shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world. Support can begin with what feels manageable today.
Some of the experiences below may be difficult to read.
You are not alone.
WHAT TO EXPECT
There is no pressure to tell your story before you are ready. We work together to build a foundation of safety, then take each next step with care.
BEGIN WITH SAFETY
We make room for your questions and boundaries. You decide what feels okay to share, and we move at a pace that feels manageable to you.
BUILD STEADINESS
Before exploring difficult experiences, we can develop grounding practices and supports that help you feel more present and steady.
ONLY WHEN YOU’RE READY
If and when it feels right, we may explore evidence-informed approaches together, checking in regularly and adjusting the work to your needs.
MAKE SPACE FOR WHAT’S NEXT
Over time, therapy can help you make sense of what happened without letting it define the whole of your story, and reconnect with what matters to you.
YOUR CHOICES MATTER
Therapy is collaborative. Your boundaries and preferences guide the work.
We can slow down, pause, or take another route at any time.
You never need to tell more than you want to in a session.
We’ll check in and make space for what feels supportive right now.
