NOTICE & UNDERSTAND
Understanding Your Anxiety
We explore what anxiety feels like for you, notice the situations and thoughts that intensify it, and build a clearer picture of the patterns you want to change.
ANXIETY COUNSELING
Anxiety counseling for adults — evidence-based support to quiet worry and feel grounded.
“You don’t have to
manage anxiety alone.”
WHEN WORRY TAKES UP TOO MUCH SPACE
We support adults whose anxiety is making daily life feel smaller, heavier, or harder to navigate.
If any of these feel familiar, therapy can help.
HOW THERAPY HELPS
We take the work one step at a time, building understanding and practical support around what matters to you.
NOTICE & UNDERSTAND
We explore what anxiety feels like for you, notice the situations and thoughts that intensify it, and build a clearer picture of the patterns you want to change.
PRACTICE & APPLY
We practice concrete strategies to settle your nervous system, respond to anxious thoughts, and approach difficult moments with more choice.
BUILD TRUST IN YOURSELF
As new skills become part of daily life, you can strengthen confidence in your ability to meet uncertainty and move toward what matters.
WORKING TOGETHER
We listen, collaborate, and adjust the pace together. You bring your own knowledge of your life; we bring a steady, supportive perspective.
A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
There isn’t one set length for anxiety therapy; sessions are 50–60 minutes and usually weekly. We can check in about your goals together and shape the work around what feels useful to you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A consultation is a chance to talk about what you’re experiencing and explore whether anxiety counseling feels like a helpful next step.
Telehealth is available for clients in our service area. We can discuss whether meeting online suits your needs and talk through approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
